In the Bible, bread is referred to as our most necessary food, and as a symbol of Christ, the Bread of Life. This cookbook presents breads, and meal suggestions, that aim to restore this important symbol in our homes. The bread recipes are all whole grain, gluten-free, and use no dairy, eggs, refined starches, processed sugar, yeast, binders, or fillers. They are adaptable to food sensitivities and/or allergies, and availability of ingredients based on where you live in the world.
